The International Kyudo Federation is the largest international governing body of Kyudo, including over 142,000 members in Japan, in the All Nippon Kyudo Federation, and over 5,300 members in 31 IKYF member countries outside of Japan.
The American Kyudo Renmei is the 501(c)3 non-profit governing body for Kyudo in America, with ten USA state federations that all follow the kyudo form of the All Nippon Kyudo Federation. The AKR hosts international seminars in the USA most years, sends a team or teams to the International Kyudo Taikai every 4 years, and has a growing membership.
The Northern California Kyudo Federation is a founding member of the AKR. NCKF member dojos host quarterly tournaments, seniors training, and other special events.
Redwood Kyudojo is a 501(c)3 non-profit educational organization dedicated to promoting the art of Japanese Archery, Kyudo. We are members of the non-profit groups Northern California Kyudo Federation, the American Kyudo Renmei, the International Kyudo Federation, and Ogasawara-ryū.
Shiseikan is a Kyudo dojo in the Bay Area dedicated to the promotion of Kyudo through training and education.
We operate as a 501(c)3 nonprofit, and are affiliated with the Northern California Kyudo Federation, the American Kyudo Renmei, and the International Kyudo Federation.
